Is the sale online?
No. The Warehouse Sale is available in Bibra Lake only.
What is on sale?
Selected pieces are individually marked down, with savings of up to 70%.
Is stock limited?
Yes. Stock is limited and available while it lasts.
Who can attend on Thursday?
Our Friends & Family / VIP invite-only shopping event.
To gain access to our Thursday 14 event please RSVP here.
Friday and Saturday are open to the public. No RSVP required.
What payment methods are accepted?

Please note: Afterpay, Zip, and other buy-now-pay-later services are not accepted.
Can I use a gift card or credit note?
No. Gift cards and credit notes cannot be used during the Warehouse Sale.
Can items be held or reserved?
No. All pieces are first come, first served.
Are pieces boxed or packaged?
No. Pieces are sold as-is. We do not provide wrapping, boxing or packaging.
For larger items, please come prepared with blankets, straps and a suitable vehicle or trailer.
Do I need to take my purchase on the day?
Yes, unless delivery has been arranged.
Is delivery available?
Yes. Perth Metro delivery is available for $205.
Delivery terms:
- Front door delivery only
- No assembly
- No guaranteed delivery time
- A 3-hour delivery window will be sent by SMS the day prior
- If unattended, items may be left in a safe undercover location
- Please ensure clear access to your front door on the day of delivery

Can sale items be returned or exchanged?
No. All Warehouse Sale purchases are final.
What should I know before attending?
- Enclosed footwear must be worn
- No thongs or sandals
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Please be prepared for a working warehouse environment
Terms & Conditions
The following warehouse-sale-specific terms apply in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions.
- All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credit notes will be issued, except where required by Australian Consumer Law for major faults.
- Stock is sold as-is, on display, and on a first-come, first-served basis. Stock is limited and available while supplies last.
- Warehouse sale prices apply in person at the Bibra Lake warehouse only. They are not available online and cannot be applied to existing online or in-store orders.
- No additional discounts, vouchers, gift cards (whether issued or redeemed in lieu of refunds), staff discounts, trade discounts, or promotional codes apply during the warehouse sale.
- Cash & Card payments only: all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Afterpay, Zip, other buy-now-pay-later services, and layby are not available.
- No holds, no reservations, and no click-and-collect apply to warehouse sale stock. The Bibra Lake retail store is also closed from Monday 11 May to Saturday 13 May 2026 for sale set-up, so collection of any pre-existing orders from this location is unavailable on those dates, as well as throughout the Warehouse sale.
- All items must be inspected at the point of purchase. Once a sale is completed, the item is the customer's responsibility.
- Empire Home reserves the right to limit quantities per customer, refuse service, or end the sale early without notice.
- Empire Home's standard Terms & Conditions continue to apply except where superseded by the above.
