- This promotion is conducted by World of Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 75 676 519 047), trading as Empire Home, 25 Port Kembla Drive, Bibra Lake WA 6163 ("Empire Home").
- The promotion ("End of Season Sale") commences at 9:00am AWST on Thursday 28 May 2026 and ends at midnight AWST at the close of Sunday 28 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").
- During the Promotion Period, customers will receive up to 50% off selected furniture and homewares. The sale applies to selected items only and is not storewide. Discounted lines are flagged at the ticket in-store and reflected in the displayed price online.
- This offer is available in-store at all Empire Home locations (Claremont, Bibra Lake, Melville, Osborne Park, Dunsborough) and online at shop.empirehome.com.au.
- Excludes: items not flagged as sale stock, gift vouchers, delivery and assembly fees, special and custom orders, and prior purchases.
- The sale discount is reflected in the displayed and checkout price. No further point-of-sale reduction will be applied beyond what is shown on the ticket or at checkout.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code, trade pricing, gift voucher campaign, or loyalty benefit unless expressly stated by Empire Home.
- Sale items are subject to availability and stock varies by location. While stocks last. Empire Home does not guarantee continued availability of any sale item across the Promotion Period.
- Standard shipping during the Promotion Period is 5 to 7 business days. Standard Empire Home delivery rates and shipping zones apply. Empire Home's Eastern States Shipping Terms (empirehome.com.au/east-shipping-terms) apply where relevant.
- Sale items purchased during promotional periods may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided the item is unused, unassembled, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns on sale items. Final clearance, floor stock, ex-display, custom order, special order and made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind return, exchange or store credit. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantee rights.
- Empire Home reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, including adjusting the scope or depth of discount on any item, category, or channel during the Promotion Period. Any orders placed before the promotion is amended or withdrawn will be honoured at the price paid at the time of order.
