Overview

Deliveries are made to physical addresses only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Western Australia
Please Note: Sale Period Click & Collect Notice
During our sale period, Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your Ready for Collection email. This temporary collection window helps us manage limited storage space and high sale order volumes. If you are unable to collect within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
Perth Metro Delivery
We offer a flat shipping rate of $205 for standard delivery to most Perth Metropolitan locations, covering Joondalup to Cockburn, and east including Belmont and Yokine. For locations outside this zone or during busy periods, we may engage an external courier, which may result in a higher delivery fee.
For any deliveries that require assembly, we have assembly options available for an additional fee:
- Simple assembly: additional $50, making it $255 for the total fee.
- Complex assembly (beds): additional $100, making it $305 for the total fee. This service includes complimentary packaging removal.
- Note: Please give our delivery team approximately 1-2 hours for complex assembly items
Please note, if we are required to outsource your delivery due to location and/or distance or high demand your delivery fee may be higher than the $205 flat rate.
In-house metro deliveries run on Fridays and Saturdays. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable day. The day prior to delivery, you will receive an estimated arrival time between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
If no one is available to accept the delivery and no authority to leave has been given, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and a second delivery fee will apply.
WA Regional Delivery
We deliver to WA regional locations via our external courier partners. Please contact us at online@empirehome.com.au for a tailored shipping quote.
Interstate Delivery (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA & ACT)
We offer a flat rate of $299 for standard furniture delivery to eligible postcodes in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT. See the postcode list below.
Deliveries are typically scheduled between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm on weekdays, with occasional weekend delivery. These windows are indicative and may change without notice.
The courier will contact you 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to confirm the delivery window.
Delivery & Access
Goods will be delivered to the front door of the nominated address only. For apartment or unit deliveries, items will be taken to the ground floor foyer. The driver may assist with accessibility at their discretion.
Deliveries are via a one-person team. You may be required to assist with lifting or manoeuvring bulky items.
Someone must be present at the delivery address. If no one is present, the courier will leave the items unattended and provide photo proof of delivery.
Please allow up to 30 business days from the date of purchase for East Coast deliveries, depending on when your order is placed and the next scheduled shipment.

Tasmania & Northern Territory Delivery
We do not currently offer a flat shipping rate to TAS or NT. Please contact us at online@empirehome.com.au for a tailored quote.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our Bibra Lake location. You will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready for collection, typically within 1 to 3 business days of your order being confirmed. Please bring your ID or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Collection Window
Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 calendar days of receiving your “Ready for Collection” notification, unless otherwise agreed by Empire Home in writing.
If you are unable to collect within this timeframe, please contact the nominated store or our Customer Service team at online@empirehome.com.au or 1300 615 840 before the collection deadline to request an extension. Any extension is at Empire Home’s discretion and may not be available during major sale periods or peak trading periods.
Furniture (Bibra Lake Warehouse)

Uncollected Orders
Orders not collected within the required timeframe may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
For furniture, bulky goods, sale items, or orders requiring special handling, Empire Home reserves the right to apply reasonable storage, handling or restocking costs where this has been clearly disclosed to the customer at or before the time of order and where permitted by law.
During major sale periods, promotional campaigns, warehouse sales or other peak trading periods, Empire Home may reduce or strictly enforce the collection window to manage store capacity, stock availability and order flow.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
General Delivery Rules
Please inspect all goods before signing the delivery acceptance. Any transit damage must be reported to the driver and recorded on the delivery sheet. Empire Home is not responsible for damage that occurs after goods leave our warehouse.
Courier Deliveries
Unpacking, rubbish removal and assembly are not included in courier delivery. All parcels require a signature on receipt. You may elect to mark your order for ‘Authority to Leave’; however, any goods left unattended will no longer be the responsibility of Empire Home or the courier if lost, stolen or damaged on arrival.
Access & Fit
Empire Home is not responsible for furniture items that do not fit through doorways, stairways, corridors, lifts or into rooms. We will not refund or exchange items on this basis. Our delivery team will advise if they determine a safe delivery cannot be completed. Goods may be left at the nearest agreed safe point, or you may sign an indemnity if offered and request the delivery be attempted at your own risk.
If you wish to reschedule a delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery day.
Special/Customer Orders, Pre-Orders & Bespoke Special Orders
All pre-ordered items must be paid in full at the time of ordering and are not eligible for cancellation, return or change of mind.
Please allow 14 to 16 weeks from purchase for pre-order items to arrive at our warehouse, and up to 20 weeks during busy periods. If you are located outside Perth, please allow additional time for delivery. These are approximate timeframes and delays outside our control may occur. We will keep you updated on any changes.
