Overview
To ensure efficiency of our online orders we ask you read these terms carefully when purchasing online, as well as our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Western Australia
Please Note: Sale Period Click & Collect Notice
During our sale period, Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your Ready for Collection email. This temporary collection window helps us manage limited storage space and high sale order volumes. If you are unable to collect within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
Perth Metro
We offer a flat shipping rate of $205 for a standard delivery to most Perth Metropolitan locations.
Our dedicated in-house delivery team will deliver to most Perth Metro locations, covering Joondalup to Cockburn, and east including Belmont and Yokine. For Perth Metro areas outside these suburbs, and during busy periods, we may engage an external courier service.
For any deliveries that require assembly, we have assembly options available for an additional fee:
- Simple assembly: additional $50, making it $255 for the total fee.
- Complex assembly (beds): additional $100, making it $305 for the total fee. This service includes complimentary packaging removal.
- Note: Please give our delivery team approximately 1-2 hours for complex assembly items
Please note, if we are required to outsource your delivery due to location and/or distance or high demand your delivery fee may be higher than the $205 flat rate.
In-house metro deliveries with our Empire Team run on Fridays and Saturdays. Upon receiving your order confirmation you will be contacted to arrange a suitable day. Once your delivery day is booked in, you will be contacted the day prior between 2-5pm with an estimated arrival time.
All due diligence will be taken to get your items to you for your scheduled delivery arrival time. If there is no one to accept the delivery and there is no authority to leave, you will still be charged the full delivery fee. Your piece will be taken back to our warehouse and there will be a secondary delivery charge for this to be redelivered.
Please note that we can only deliver to physical addresses. Orders addressed to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers cannot be accepted. Our team will be in contact directly to obtain a physical address in order to process shipping.

WA Regional
We deliver to WA regional locations and can source a quote for you with our trusted external courier partners. Please contact us via email at online@empirehome.com.au.
Interstate (excluding Tasmania and Northern Territory)
We offer a flat shipping rate of $299 for standard furniture delivery to eligible postcodes in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT. See the postcode allowlist in the Eastern States section below.
Some regional locations and larger items fall outside our usual carrier network. Please contact our team via email at online@empirehome.com.au for a tailored shipping quote.
Eastern States Furniture Shipping (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT)
To all our NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT customers, these are our terms regarding furniture shipments. To ensure the smooth and efficient processing of your online order, we ask that you read these terms carefully when making a purchase, as well as our full Terms of Service.
Delivery Timeframes (East Coast)
Please allow 30 business days from purchase for East Coast furniture deliveries. Delivery times depend on when your order is placed and the next scheduled shipment.
Deliveries are typically scheduled between 6am and 8pm on weekdays, with occasional weekend delivery. These hours are indicative only and may change without notice.
Confirmation from the Courier (East Coast)
The courier will contact you 24-48 hours before your scheduled delivery via phone or text to confirm the delivery window. While every effort is made to provide accurate delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may affect the schedule.
Delivery & Access (East Coast)
Goods will be delivered solely to the front door of the nominated address. For apartment or unit block deliveries, items will be delivered only to the ground floor foyer. The driver may provide additional assistance based on accessibility and safety considerations.
Deliveries are via a one-person delivery team. You may be required to assist the driver with lifting or manoeuvring bulky items.
Please keep original packaging until you are certain you are satisfied with your product(s) delivered.
Receiving Your Delivery (East Coast)
Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order, as the courier provides a door-to-door service only.
If you, or someone on your behalf, are not present at the scheduled delivery time, the items will be left unattended and the courier will provide photo proof of delivery.
If you cannot accept the delivery, please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative safe location for your goods.

Click & Collect: Furniture
Click & Collect for all furniture items is only available from our Bibra Lake (WA) warehouse, 25 Port Kembla Drive, Bibra Lake WA 6163 on weekdays, during the following opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (by request only - please contact us in advance to arrange)
- Sunday: Closed
- Public holidays: Closed
We will contact you via email or telephone to notify you when your order is ready for collection within 1-3 business days.
Please bring your ID or confirmation email as proof of purchase.
You must collect your items within 10 business days of receiving your Collection notification email. Please note that after the 10 business days, you will be charged a $50 fee for every week your item is not collected due to limited warehouse space.
Click & Collect: Homewares
Click & Collect for all homewares items can be collected from our Bibra Lake (WA) Showroom during the following opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (by request only - please contact us in advance to arrange)
- Sunday: Closed
- Public holidays: Closed

General Delivery Rules
Please examine all goods prior to signing the acceptance of the product in good condition. Any damages must be reported to the delivery/courier driver and recorded on our delivery sheet. Empire Home is not responsible for any damages that may occur after leaving the warehouse. If no-one is at home on the arranged delivery day, a second delivery fee will apply.
Courier deliveries
Unpacking, rubbish removal and assembly are not included in our standard courier delivery (unless paid for or stated otherwise). All parcels are shipped requiring a customer signature upon receipt. You may elect to mark your parcel for 'Authority to Leave' with the courier, however it is important to note any goods under these consignments will no longer be considered the responsibility of Empire Home or the consigned courier should they be lost, stolen or damaged upon arrival.
Standard and Premium deliveries
We cannot give you exact delivery times on the delivery day; we will endeavour to get there as close as possible to the 2-3 hour time window we quote the day before your delivery. If you wish to change the delivery day, please ensure that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery day. If you are purchasing large items of furniture, please ensure that you know whether the items will permit the safe delivery of purchased furniture into your home.
Empire Home are not responsible for any furniture items that do not fit into your house, apartment, your lift leading to your property, stairways, corridors, and doorways, and we will not refund or exchange if this occurs. Our delivery drivers will take the utmost care and responsibility when delivering your product into your home, but we are not responsible when there is a real risk that the goods and/or your premises will be damaged due to poor accessibility. Our delivery drivers will inform you on arrival should they decide this to be the case. The goods may then be left at the safest agreed point, or you may decide to sign an indemnity (if offered) and waiver for any damage to product or premises as a result of our drivers being requested by you to attempt such a delivery.
Pre-orders
All pre-ordered pieces must be paid in full and are not eligible for cancellation, returns or change of mind.
From the time of purchase to when your piece is ready for collection, please allow 14-16 weeks and up to 20 weeks during busy periods.
If you are located outside Perth, Western Australia please also allow additional time for delivery to your address.
These are approximate time frames or expected arrival dates to our warehouse, and shipping delays may occur outside our control. We will ensure customers are updated accordingly.
You will be notified via email or phone once your order arrives at our warehouse to arrange delivery or collection.
